Returns and complaints

Can I return a file?

Our products are digital files available immediately after purchase. Before payment we ask for your consent to make the files available immediately — in that case, by law, the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason expires when the download links are made available. That is why we do not accept returns due to a change of mind.

Not sure whether the files will work in your software? Download one of our free patterns first, or write to us before buying — we will be happy to advise.

Something wrong with a file?

We are responsible for the files matching their description — for 2 years from purchase. If a file does not open in software meeting the requirements in the description, a size or piece is missing, or the pieces do not fit together — write to hello@sapa-patterns.com or reply to the order e-mail. Please include:

• the e-mail address used for the order (or the order number),
• the product name and file type (DXF / PLT),
• a description of the problem and the name of your software or plotter — ideally with a screenshot.

First we will correct the file or send the right one. If that is not possible, we will reduce the price or refund your money. We reply within 14 days — usually sooner.
