File delivery

All products sold in our shop are digital sewing patterns (DXF, PLT).

We do not ship any physical items.

After payment, the files appear in “My purchases”, and you also receive a download link by e-mail.

The files are ready to use immediately and can be downloaded repeatedly for 12 months from the purchase — save them on your device.

Delivery takes place when the download links are made available (e-mail and “My purchases”).

If you have any trouble accessing your files, contact us via the contact form and we will send the files again.
