About us
SAPA PATTERNS grew out of more than 15 years of my experience in garment pattern making, technology and bringing collections into production.
My knowledge does not come from school alone. I had the opportunity to learn from pattern makers and garment technologists with many years of experience, who created collections for brands such as Vistula, Tommy Hilfiger and Hugo Boss.
Under their guidance I made patterns, learned their approach to quality and proportion, and got to know the whole process of preparing garments for production. From the very beginning it mattered to me not only that a pattern was correct, but above all that it worked in real production.
For the last 15 years I have worked as an independent pattern maker and technologist, cooperating with brands including KEY, SC9, BONDI, NAJA BIKINI and many other fashion companies.
I have also set up pattern rooms and supervised the whole process of creating collections — from design, through pattern making and prototypes, to implementation and finished production.
This experience taught me how much time the road from an idea to a finished product can take. Finding the right pattern maker, preparing the first pattern, waiting for a sample, corrections, further prototypes and only then production — each of these stages can stretch the process.
SAPA PATTERNS was created precisely to shorten that road.
I want to use my experience to help brands save time and move faster from an idea to a finished product.
I create professional garment patterns in DXF format, prepared for series production. But for me a good pattern is more than a correct file in software.
Every SAPA style is sewn by a seamstress and checked on a real prototype.
Only then can I see how the pattern behaves in reality — how it sits on the body, how the individual pieces work, whether the proportions are right and whether the style meets its goals. If there are errors or elements that need improvement, I correct them before preparing the final file.
That is why SAPA patterns are not checked only in 3D software. They are also verified in a real garment.
I want every brand using SAPA to receive the best possible base for further work — without having to start the whole pattern-making process from scratch.
I believe my experience can translate into something very concrete for other brands: saving time, fewer stages along the way and faster introduction of new products to the market.
SAPA PATTERNS is knowledge gained over the years, experience from real production and patterns created with what happens beyond the computer screen in mind.
